Masahiro Mizuno

          Masahiro Mizuno is the Chirf Executive Officer of Telephony Inc. and Executive Director of Japan SOHO Association. As a foremost expert on telemarketing in Japan, Mizuno is providing consulting service in call center businesses and the design of CRM strategic business models. He has introduced financial-related direct business models, such as telephone banking models and insurance mail-order models in Japan, and achieved a better record on customer-focused CS management and human resource development utilizing IT. Recently, Mizuno has taken notice of and been studying urban renewal in nonemployment societies, and SOHO globalization and local SOHO communities.
